Hello Fashion Forward Festival Fans! It's finally spring here in Northern Virginia, and the buds are popping, the sun is shining, and planning for the next festival is on the mind! Naturally, the first thing I think of is shopping for cute clothes. Criteria is cute, comfortable and USED! Before you enter a mall, consider a thrift, consignment, or resale boutique.
